Trespassing senior citizens discover aliens. Arthur (Don Ameche), Ben (Wilford Brimley),and Joe (Hume Cronyn), frequently swim in the pool of an empty house near their Retirement Home. One day, they feel different, younger, after their swim. Then one day they meet the new tenents. They are aliens who have returned to earth to recover others that had to be left under the sea centuries ago. The pool is specially "energized" to hatch the cocoons that hold them. The aliens (Brian Dennehy, Tahnee Welch) only ask that the men keep their secret. Unfortunately, they accidentally let it slip when they try to get an ill friend to come swimming with them. This not only endangers the rescue mission, but the aliens, as well.
